Giving Tuesday Spotlight: Stuller Power Solutions Partners with Tryon International to Benefit Safelight through Winterfest Sponsorship

Mill Spring, NC - November 28, 2023 - Tryon International is proud to partner with Stuller Power Solutions as the title sponsor of Winterfest 2023, also benefiting local nonprofit Safelight through the giveback initiative, Tryon Cares presented by Duke Energy. This give back initiative recognizes and promotes the work of several local charities and supports fundraising efforts in partnership with Tryon International’s corporate sponsors. Shining a Light on Safelight:
Stuller Power Solutions is proud to return to Winterfest, this year as its title sponsor for 2023. Stuller Power Solutions is an electrical contracting company and full service generator dealer located in Hendersonville, NC. Through their sponsorship, Stuller Power Solutions is supporting Safelight, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency that provides support for survivors of interpersonal violence, sexual assault and child abuse. A portion of each fee collected from the Shadrack’s Drive-through Light Show this Winterfest at Tryon International will go directly to Safelight. Tryon International and Stuller Power Solutions will present a check to Safelight in early January, 2024.
“We care about Safelight because Safelight cares about the health and wellbeing of families in crisis. And, Safelight cares about ‘how’ families navigate their journey to stability and safety,” said Cheryl Stuller of Stuller Power Solutions. “We love partnering with Tryon international because they care about our community and are generous with their support in very meaningful ways.”
Stuller Power Solutions is a longtime supporter of the work that Safelight does throughout Western North Carolina, Executive Director Lauren Wilkie emphasized. “We so value our partnership with Stuller Power solutions; they truly care about our community and helping save survivors.” Wilkie elaborated that the support given to Safelight through the Tryon Cares program has a deep and lasting impact on current and future Safelight clients, both through funding and special events.
“We are so excited to celebrate the holidays again with our clients at Tryon International. We hope to teach kids again this year how to ice skate for the first time, and watch their sweet faces light up when they meet Santa and the Grinch!” Wilkie continued, “The dollar back program will help us continue to grow programs to better serve survivors. We just can't thank Tryon International and Stuller Power Solutions enough!”
Tryon Cares presented by Duke Energy:
2023 marks the second edition of the Tryon Cares program, created in 2022. Through corporate sponsorships of Tryon International’s Winterfest, local nonprofits receive funding, hospitality opportunities and valuable networking opportunities. Presenting sponsor of the Tryon Cares program, Duke Energy, is one of the largest energy holding companies in America and serves 8.2 million customers across the South. Through their sponsorship, Duke Energy is supporting Polk County Schools.
