Horse Show Service Provider Policy

All individuals and businesses coming onto Tryon International Equestrian Center property to render an equine related service (such as vets, farriers, and equine therapists, but excluding trainers, grooms, braiders and stall cleaners) are required to submit an "Outside Service Provider" Permit to conduct business. Businesses must also provide proof of liability insurance and an established client list to qualify for credentials. Solicitation of services outside of your established client list is not permitted.

Permit Rates: Tryon Hunter/Jumper Series 2024

  • $75/Welcome Series

  • $100/Spring, Summer, Fall Series

RULES:

1. Independent Contractor will carry general liability, automobile liability, workers’ compensation and employer liability insurance. Independent Contractor shall provide a certificate of insurance to TIEC evidencing such coverage. In the event the Independent Contractor fails to carry such insurance, TIEC will acquire the appropriate insurance coverage on behalf of the Independent Contractor and offset the Consideration to the extent necessary to reimburse TIEC for the cost incurred as a result. Independent Contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless TIEC and its agents and employees from and against any damages, claims, and expenses arising out of or resulting from work conducted by Independent Contractor and its agents or employees.

2. You must visibly display your "Horse Show Service Provider" Permit at all times in your vehicle.

3. No solicitation or advertising is allowed.

Anyone found to be violating the above rules may be subject to removal from the property and credentials may be revoked. Infractions may result in being denied future credentials and/or monetary fines.

Payment: Once your application is submitted and approved, you will visit the Horse Show Office upon arrival to submit payment and proof of insurance, as well as receive your credentials.
