Tryon Fall 3: Results

October 4, 2025 – Mill Spring, NC – Besting an ultra-competitive field of athletes in Saturday night’s $70,000 Back on Track Grand Prix CSI 2*, Jad Dana (LEB) saw the top of the podium once again with teammate Itchcock Des Dames (Marius Claudius x Calvaro F.C.). Blazing through the jump off timers in 37.46 seconds, the winning pair produced a double clear effort on the Oscar Soberon (USA) track. Aboard Leeann Ablin’s Baroness (Balous Bellini x Unknown),  Luis Fernando Larrazabal (VEN) and the 2015 Westphalian mare completed the short round just behind Jad Dana, marking a time of 38.07 seconds. Kristen VanderVeen (USA) partnered with Bull Run’s Jireh (Uriko x Colman) to take third, recording a 38.78 second jump off time with the Bull Run Jumpers Inc.’s 2014 Holsteiner gelding.

Tryon Fall 3: Jumper Update

Mill Spring, NC - October 2, 2025 - Starting off the third week of the Tryon Fall Series presented by Coca-Cola with a bang, Jad Dana (LEB) saw his second FEI win in two days, claiming Thursday’s $32,000 LeMieux Welcome Stake CSI 2*. Partnered with Itchcock Des Dames (Marius Claudius x Calvaro F.C.), Dana bested a field of 59 trips across the Oscar Soberon (USA) track, blazing through the jump off timers in 37.57 seconds. Aboard his own Cristiano Obolensky (Coronet Obolensky x Stakkato), Gonzalo Busca Roca (ESP) piloted the 2015 Hanoverian gelding to a second place finish, just behind the winners with 37.72 seconds on the clock. Aboard Sabrina Lefebvre’s 2017 Belgian Warmblood mare Ribery (Aganix Du Seigneur x Cadix Du Seigneur Z), Luis Fernando Larrazabal (VEN) slotted into third place with a 38.81 second jump off.

Midweek Update: Tryon Spring 5

Jad Dana (LBN) and Itchcock Des Dames (Marius Claudius x Calvaro F.c.) stopped the clock in a time of 32.62 seconds on Thursday in Tryon International Equestrian Center & Resort’s Tryon Stadium to claim a win in the $32,000 ProElite Welcome Stake CSI 3*. Brittini Raflowitz (ISR) and Anibale De Hus (Conrad x Argentinus), the 2010 Selle Français stallion owned by Bellwyn Farm LLC, broke the beam in a time of 33.58 seconds to earn reserve place.

Tryon Fall 4 Results:

Nayel Nassar (EGY) and longtime mount Coronado were the sole horse-and-rider pair to go double clear in Tryon Stadium as part of Saturday Night Lights presented by Tryon Horse & Home, scoring the winning payday in the 328’000 CHF Land Rover Asheville Grand Prix CSI 4* in a time of 45.24 seconds. Dropping one rail and posting a time of 43.45 seconds, Paul O’Shea (IRL) and Imerald Van’t Voorhof, the 2008 Belgian Warmblood gelding (Emerald x Bacardi Orange De Muze) owned by Imerald Partners LLC, rode to reserve honors.

Tryon Summer 6 Results:

Under the lights of Tryon Stadium, Sean Jobin (CAN) and Coquelicot VH Heuvelland Z claimed their fourth Grand Prix podium finish in a row, winning the $146,000 St. Luke’s Hospital Grand Prix CSI 3*. Jobin stopped jump off timers at 34.22 seconds, besting a field of twenty-four competitors. Taking second with a time of 36.44 seconds was Roberto Teran Tafur (COL) aboard his own 2012 German Sporthorse mare, DSP Callas (Casskeni II x Levistano). Caitlyn Connors (USA) marked a time of 37.19 seconds to earn third place honors with Falcon de Hus Z (Florian de la Vie*Bazooka x Adlantus AS), the 2009 Zangersheide gelding owned by Caitlyn Connors LLC. Jobin was the last of nine clear rounds presented by Stuller Power Solutions to qualify for the jump off.

Thirty-nine horse and rider pairs tackled the course set by Ivan Tagle (ARG) in Thursday’s $39,000 ProElite Welcome Stake CSI 3* at Tryon International Equestrian Center & Resort (Tryon International), with Luiz Francisco de Azevedo (BRA) and HFG Quaman marking the fastest time in Tryon Stadium with 36.22 seconds in the jump off.
