Join us for the next installment of Paired at Tryon International and explore the wines of the Burgundy region! Among those who take wine seriously, the French region of Burgundy is iconic. The complex terroir and centuries-old winemaking traditions provide the benchmark for what Pinot Noir & Chardonnay should be. This unique wine dinner is led by Tryon International’s Sommelier Alexander Lopez, an MBA graduate in Wine & Spirits Management from the Burgundy School of Business and certified Burgundy Master-Level Scholar from the Wine Scholar Guild. Paired with these beautiful wines is an expertly crafted menu from Chef David Phillips, who brings his own expression of traditional Burgundian cuisine with a Creole spin. Wines for this dinner come entirely from domaines utilizing organic vineyard practices & Traditional Techniques.
